Interim Management Hiring Guide

We've launched the second edition of our Interim Management Hiring Guide which presents the results of our own study conducted between February and March 2021, interviewing more than 400 professionals locally, through the LinkedIn network. The document aims to be a simple guide for professionals who decide to focus their profession as interim managers or for those companies that need more information about this management alternative to assess the hiring of this type of professional services.

Undoubtedly, 2020 was an atypical year, so in addition to qualitative and quantitative data specific to interim management, it analyzes the labor expectations of professionals for the next 12 months, taking into account the factors that have and continue to affect it: Covid-19 and home office.

For our founding partner and CEO, Alberto Fernández Varela, the launch of the Guide for the second consecutive year is intended to help supply and demand align their interests, in addition to providing valuable information on the evolution of this management modality in our country.

While Pío Iglesias Carrera, founding partner and Director of Interim Management in the company, shares that although 2020 has been atypical, little by little the market is recovering the growth rates it has been maintaining in recent years and is becoming more orderly with the emergence of more companies and professionals linked to this activity and with the increased knowledge and use by companies.
